About Right Side Up

This web site takes its name from Alan Mitchell’s 2001 book by the same name. It introduced the notion of ‘buyer centric commerce‘ – as distinct from our current status quo of ”seller-centric commerce”.

A few years later, a group of people including Alan, Liz Brandt, Alex Cheatle, Richard Forsyth, Iain Henderson,  Tim Kitchin, Chris Lawer, Steve Leegood and Peter Massey set up the Buyer Centric Commerce Forum to encourage debate around these ideas.
